Payment

All eBook orders must be placed online and must be paid by credit card. The American Hospital Association (AHA) and its affiliates accept American Express, VISA , and MasterCard. All fees are calculated and paid in U.S. currency. Due to PCI regulations, no credit card orders may be emailed. 

To pay by credit card please provide the following information: 

  • Add your card number, name, expiry date, security code (CVC/CVV/CID) and corresponding billing address. 
  • Do not put any characters or spaces between the card number. 
  • Double-check the data and proceed with the payment. 
  • As soon as your transaction is confirmed, you will be directed to a confirmation page with a link to your receipt 

Customers can only pay by check for any cart totaling more than $3,000. If your cart total is less than $3000 a debit or credit card will be required for payment.  

To pay by check please send the following information: 

  • A copy of your invoice printed out from your "my account" page.  
  • The check with the correct amount as shown on the invoice.

No, purchase orders and invoices cannot be used when purchasing eBooks.  

Purchase orders can only be used for print products. For more information on that please email aha@brightkey.net.  

Credit card payments for print items are not processed until the items have shipped. Please reach out to aha@brightkey.net for print order status. 

eBooks are not eligible for return. This includes all electronic data products (CDs, Disks, PDFs, etc) Due to the nature of our content and the complete access available upon purchase. Payments referred to herein will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

Question Status

Please email codingclinicsupport@aha.org. You will need to provide the following information: approximate timeframe question was submitted, method of submission (e.g., mail), type of question (e.g., ICD-10-CM or ICD-10-PCS) and brief description. With that information, we will search the database and e-mail the tracking number that best matches the information provided.

Click "Check Status." This will take you to the My Questions page under My Account. Alternatively, please click on My Account in the navigation and then click My Questions in the sidebar. The titles and statuses of all of the questions you have submitted to AHA Coding Clinic are stored here. If you do not have a tracking number or cannot find it, please email us at codingclinicsupport@aha.org

Either the tracking number entered is invalid or the question was not submitted online. If you originally submitted your question online, please double check the tracking number and re-enter. If you continue to receive an error message, please e-mail codingclinic@aha.org for assistance.


If you mailed or faxed your question originally, please find your tracking number using the "Request My Tracking Number" option and in the question description section indicate that you want to track your status.
