The American Hospital Association (AHA) has registered copyrights for AHA Coding Clinic for ICD-10-CM/PCS, AHA Coding Clinic for HCPCS, and AHA ICD-10-CM/PCS Coding Handbook publications with the United States Copyright Office. Health Forum controls access to and use of the content through a series of license agreements. AHA Coding Clinic is the only official publication for ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines and advice as designated by the four Cooperating Parties (American Hospital Association, American Health Information Management Association, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and Center for Disease Control) and the Editorial Advisory Board. This digital content is released quarterly and is an essential component of coding education and compliance.
