Quizzes

Once you have purchased the quiz, you may access the purchase code by visiting My Account --> My Purchases. The code will appear under the quizzes section, along with the quantity of quizzes purchased. The purchase code is good for however many quizzes you may have purchased. (Ex. If you purchased ten quizzes, the code may be used 10 times.) Please share this code with your colleagues, who will then redeem it in the purchase code field on their My Quizzes page. 

If you have been given a purchase code to take a quiz, you may redeem the code by visiting My Account --> My Quizzes. Towards the bottom of the screen, you will see an box for you to enter your code. Once the code has been processed the quiz will appear under --> My Quizzes.

All the questions and answers on the quiz are published in conjunction with an issue of AHA Coding Clinic. So, before taking a quiz, we highly recommend having the AHA Coding Clinic issue listed in the quiz title nearby for reference.

No, due to the nature of the products we do not allow refunds.  

Question Process

Please contact the AHA Central Office at codingclinicsupport@aha.org to submit any organization changes.

The response will be mailed to the address on file. The responses will be furnished to the organization on the account. If you still would like a response to a question, please resubmit the question after updating your account by contacting the AHA Central Office at codingclinicsupport@aha.org to submit any organization changes.

Payment

All eBook orders must be placed online and must be paid by credit card. The American Hospital Association (AHA) and its affiliates accept American Express, VISA , and MasterCard. All fees are calculated and paid in U.S. currency. Due to PCI regulations, no credit card orders may be emailed. 

To pay by credit card please provide the following information: 

  • Add your card number, name, expiry date, security code (CVC/CVV/CID) and corresponding billing address. 
  • Do not put any characters or spaces between the card number. 
  • Double-check the data and proceed with the payment. 
  • As soon as your transaction is confirmed, you will be directed to a confirmation page with a link to your receipt 

Customers can only pay by check for any cart totaling more than $3,000. If your cart total is less than $3000 a debit or credit card will be required for payment.  

To pay by check please send the following information: 

  • A copy of your invoice printed out from your "my account" page.  
  • The check with the correct amount as shown on the invoice.

No, purchase orders and invoices cannot be used when purchasing eBooks.  

Purchase orders can only be used for print products. For more information on that please email aha@brightkey.net.
